I want to make a difference!
God spoke through three different people two weeks ago at our conference and said that it is time for me to move forward. That the reasons I feel stuck in this awkward place in my life is because I am scared of being rejected by some but it is time.
Change terrifies me and I know I’m not the only one, but if there is anything I have learned in the past year it’s that God is so personal. He may ask things of you and you don’t think you’re qualified or able to do. Remember, if He asks it of you then He knows it’s within your abilities.
Now back to the title of this post. I want to make a difference. We have all said this at least once in our lives. I really want to make a difference but I’m so scared of change, so how can I? I ask this of myself daily. Change is a vital part of life. Imagine if we didn’t change👀 (physically) Yeah some of us wouldn’t like that to much.😂 I for one am grateful for physical change lol.
Anyways, back to the real subject. We plan out our entire lives and set it in stone. My pastor says something like this, “the script of life is not ours to write, but yet here we are writing it. Give the script to God and watch what he does.” We try so hard to make a difference our way. What if we just let God change the things in us that need to be changed and watch Him change things through us His way.
I want to make a difference! I can make a difference! I will make a difference! But only through Jesus! Because Jesus you change everything! So if Jesus has you – not if you have him – there is no possible way your life won’t change. Where He is there is power and when He walks into a room He completely changed the atmosphere. If you are scared of change remember Jesus had to go through change as well. He became flesh first of all and he knew he would eventually have to die. Jesus prayed in the garden asking God to let this cup of sorrow pass from him but at the same time He says not my will but your will [God]. Talk about the change that was happening there. He is a God that is faithful and trustworthy. So trust him in the changing process.❤️

Great post! ❤️🙌🏼
